All products sold through Chelsea Warren Photography are digital products. No physical products are shipped.
Our digital products include Lightroom mobile presets, photography guides, cheat sheets, and other downloadable digital resources.
Digital Products
Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction after the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.
Before purchasing, please review the product description and ensure that the product is compatible with your device and intended use.
Download or Access Problems
If you purchase a product and are unable to access or download your files, please contact us at chelseawarrenphotography@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you receive an incorrect or defective digital file, please contact us and we will provide the correct file or otherwise work with you to resolve the problem.
Cancellation and Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
In particular, purchases made online may be subject to cancellation and refund rights under applicable British Columbia law in certain circumstances.
