Hello, I’m Chelsea (She/Her) – Welcome to Chelsea Warren Photography! I am a Victoria Photographer focused on Wedding, Elopements & Family Lifestyle Photography in Victoria, BC, Canada (But always available for travel as well!). As your photographer, I will capture your feelings and memories so you can look back and remember more than just what happened – you can go back a remember how you felt. MEET CHELSEA
The most common thing I hear from clients is that I feel like an old friend, and I LOVE that. In fact, many clients become good friends and return clients; I love seeing families grow and being able to document their lives year after year, milestone after milestone. When we work together I am not just taking your photo, I am always interacting, learning and responding to your personalities, capturing your emotions and traits that make you who you are. I love capturing the candid, the quirks, the communications without words – the connection. I spend our session not only documenting memories but creating them with you, I want you to enjoy your time together with me. There is no shortage of talented photographers on Vancouver Island, the key is finding the photographer who fits with you!

PHILOSOPHY
I believe photography is a beautiful way to keep your memories and document your life so you can share it with those you love for many years to come. Photography is so much more than just taking a photo; and having your photo taken is so much more than just the end product. It’s about the experience of the shoot and how you felt during your session, or how you felt during your wedding. A photo is a capture of emotion, a beautiful memory and storybook of time that should evoke feeling when you look at it. I take care to connect and create an enjoyable experience with each of my clients so when you look back on your wedding photos or family photos you smile and reminisce over a wonderful experience.
STYLE
I focus on creating authentic photos that convey true emotion and events. With minimal but directional posing or styling, I try to truly document reality while still creating gorgeous keepsakes. Don’t worry, I will tell you what to do with your hands! I love spending time with families and couples to get to know them so we can connect and enjoy our time together when creating these images. I strive to capture real moments in time based on my connection with you. I am guilty of getting emotionally invested in my clients and work and wouldn’t change it for anything. I am passionate about telling your story and cannot wait to get to know your story!
LOCATION
Being a Victoria Photographer is a dream! I am constantly inspired by our beautiful surroundings and closeness with nature. We are so fortunate to have temperate weather all year round on Vancouver Island (except for the rain! But who doesn’t love a good umbrella photo?). There are so many places to explore around Vancouver Island and I love stumbling upon new locations. We have such varied surroundings from mountains and beach to grassy fields and flower gardens.
